- One page shows how many have booked, how many have been seen, and the names of everyone still to go. You stop asking people who booked last week.
- Chase them without writing the email
- Schedule a message to everyone who has not booked yet. Each person drops off the list the moment they book, so nobody is nagged twice.
- Fill the gaps
- A full session takes a waiting list. When someone cancels, the next person gets the seat and an email telling them so.
- Know who turned up
- Tick people off as they arrive, on a phone or a tablet. Anyone who did not show is asked to book again, and stays on your list.

What people use it for
It began as a way to book four hundred staff in for new laptops. The same job turns up wherever a group has to be seen one at a time, or a room at a time.
The questions you would ask anyway
- Does it work on a phone?
- Yes, for the people booking and for you. It also works with JavaScript switched off.
- Is it accessible?
- Every page is tested against WCAG 2.2 AA, in light and dark mode. Read the accessibility statement.
- Can people change their own booking?
- Yes, up to the cut-off you choose. You can also switch that off.
- Can it look like ours?
- Each booking page takes your name, colours and logo.
- Can you read our data?
- Not unless you let us. Support staff cannot open your projects until an owner switches access on, and every visit is logged for you to read.
- Can it talk to our other systems?
- There is an API and webhooks for bookings, and exports to CSV.
