Book Me In for training sessions
Everyone trained, and a record that says so
Mandatory training has a deadline and a list of names. Twelve seats a session, eight sessions, and a handful of people who will leave it to the last day.
Free for 14 days. No card needed.
- Seats, not just slots
- Set how many people each session holds. When one fills, it shows as full, and people can join a waiting list instead of emailing you.
- A cancellation fills itself
- When someone drops out, the first person waiting gets the seat and an email saying so. You do nothing.
- Know who came
- Tick people off at the door. Anyone who did not turn up gets an email asking them to book again, and stays on your list of people still to train.
- Ask what they thought
- Send a short feedback form after each session, and read the answers per session or across the whole programme.
A fire-safety refresher for 90 people
Create eight sessions of twelve seats across two weeks.
Share the link in the staff bulletin.
Popular sessions fill, and the overflow joins the waiting list.
Three people cancel; the next three are moved in and told.
At the deadline you have a list of who attended, and who to speak to.

- IT rollouts Schedule laptop swaps, phone migrations and upgrades. Staff pick a slot, you see who is left, and each device is ticked off as it is done.
- Appointments and clinics Health checks, fittings, reviews and interviews. Offer timed appointments, send reminders, and let people move or cancel their own within your rules.
