Prices are in pounds, per month. You choose a paid plan from inside your account, and pay by card on a page run by Stripe.

Questions about pricing
- What counts as a booking?
- One person booked onto one session. Bookings that are cancelled do not count, and moving a booking to another time does not count twice. The total starts again on the first of each month.
- What counts as a project?
- A project is one booking page with its own sessions, questions and branding: a laptop rollout, say, or this year's fire training. Archived projects do not count towards your plan.
- What happens if we go over?
- New bookings pause on your projects, and a banner tells you why. Nothing is deleted and everything already booked stays exactly as it is. Bookings open again when you are back under: archive a project, wait for the new month, or move to a bigger plan.
- What happens after the 14-day trial?
- The trial gives you the Small plan. When it ends you move to the Free plan automatically. We do not ask for a card to start, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged.
- Is it priced per person?
- No. The price is for your whole organisation, with as many administrators as you like. The people who book with you never pay and are not counted as users.
- Can we cancel?
- At any time, from the billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the month you have paid for, then move to the Free plan. Your projects and bookings stay.
- Can you see our data?
- Not unless you let us. Our support staff cannot open your projects. If you ask for help, an owner can switch on support access for a set time, and every page we open is written to your project's audit log.
